Chicken Fried Rice Recipe !
Chicken fried rice is a simple and light option for dinner, which my family loves. There are 329 calories in a cup for chicken fried rice.
It can be served by itself or with the rest of the meal to make it. Calories breakdown - fat -33%, Protein - 15% and 52% carbohydrates.We love how much chicken fried rice is versatile It is a good option on busy nights which does not take much time to usually and prepraid, no one is left.
Instructions !
Prep - 10 min, Cook - 20 min , Ready - 30 min
Boil the rice with 1sp and 1bsp oil till bite like ,In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and saute until browned and cooked through about 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste with salts and peppers.
Drains and rinse under cold water, Remove the chickens from the pan and place it on a plate.Cover with foil to keep warm.
Wipe out the pan with paper towels. Heat the remaining teaspon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Leave in the collander & work 1Tb sp oil into it.
Add the onion and carrot to the pan,(till onions are a light brown) cook 4 to 5 minute or until softened.( Heat the restes of the oil and saute the garlics and onion.) Add the chicken and stier fry till well mixed.
Add the rice to the pan and Add the soya sauce, along with the reserved chicken, egg, and frozen peas. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and mix gently until everything is thoroughly combined.vinegar and chilli sauce, mix well and add the rice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with sliced green onions if desired. Stir till rice and chickens are well mixed and serve.

- 0.57 pound chickens breast boneles, skinless cut into bite-size pieces.
- 0.75 tablespoon vegetable oil divided use.
- 0.75 egg scrambled.
- 8 g Peanut oil.
- 0.38 cup onion finely chopped.
- 0.38 cup carrots chopped.
- 0.38 cup frozen peas.
- 2.25 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or more to tastes.
- 1.4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil.
- 2 tsp Garlic paste.
- salt and pepper to taste.
