Kasuri Fenugreek - 1 tsp Spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Spoon
Oil - as required
Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Cream - 2 tablespoons

We will make Kofta first to make Malai Kofta recipe. For this, take a boiled potato peel in a bowl and mash well. Now take a separate bowl and add the grated paneer, mashed potato, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, finely chopped cashew nuts and currant and mix well. Make this round and round koftas by making this mixture.
